The Wise and Lesser

There was, upon a time, once

A wise man: thought himself a dunce.

“‘Tis folly to act and to decide

w’out all learning at one’s side!”

Behind him rose a man of lesser,

Who fancied himself the better

Today, The Lesser rules with fist!

The wise man sits, and ponders this.
